As a subsidiary of Jubil Intérim, Santé Staffing was born from the meeting of two experts in recruitment and healthcare. Didier Bilange, founder and CEO of Jubil Intérim, has always wanted to develop a healthcare recruitment activity. After meeting Julien Méjean, whose expertise in healthcare temporary staffing is well-known, he realized that they share the same values. From then on, the project began to take shape. Their philosophy is based on the following observation: the healthcare sector is undergoing significant changes. Therefore, Santé Staffing is closely following these developments to understand and adapt to demands.
The strength of Santé Staffing lies in its ability to rely on a group with a national scope. Founded in 1996 by Didier Bilange, Jubil Intérim has continually grown since its beginning.
