We are recruiting Special Education Teachers (M/F). Are you a qualified Special Education Teacher looking for a new professional opportunity? We are recruiting Special Education Teachers for one of our partner establishments, a sheltered workshop (ESAT), to work with the people we support. Start date: as early as next week. Contract: temporary or long-term contract depending on your project. Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, daytime. Your main responsibilities will include: Providing support to the people we support; Participating in their individual and group care; Promoting their autonomy, socialization, and personal development; Establishing a relationship of trust with individuals while providing a safe environment; Observing behaviors and identifying any difficulties or changes; Participating in the development and monitoring of personalized plans; Ensuring communication and follow-up of situations with the team; Working collaboratively with all professionals involved.
