Health Staffing is looking for a Social Work Assistant to work at a clinic in Toulouse for a temporary replacement from November 30th to December 15th. Job Details Location: Toulouse Period: November 30th to December 15th Hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Your Responsibilities: Welcome, listen to, and support patients experiencing social or administrative difficulties Assess social situations and identify patients' needs to offer appropriate support Inform patients and their families about their rights and available support services Support the organization of hospital discharge by anticipating social, family, and material needs Facilitate access to support services and coordinate procedures with social and medical-social partners Liaise with medical and paramedical teams to ensure continuity of care Maintain social files and prepare necessary professional reports while respecting confidentiality
