The outpatient department cares for adult and pediatric patients in the specialties treated at the Foundation (ophthalmology, ENT, interventional neuroradiology, and neurosurgery). This position requires strong interpersonal skills for the care and education of patients and their companions. Your main responsibilities will be: Managing and organizing nursing care according to your specific role; Welcoming patients, particularly children, to be hospitalized in the Emergency Department: presenting the department, explaining the hospitalization process, and answering questions; Welcoming patients admitted on day 0 for pre-operative care: explaining the hospitalization process, preparing them for the operating room, and answering questions; Managing pre- and post-operative calls for the Emergency Department and day 0 hospitalizations; Preparing patient files; Communicating with patients and their families to prepare them for hospitalization; Communicating with patients by telephone and directing calls as needed. to a doctor or secretary as needed. Ensure the person has understood the information given. Maintain constant contact with the unit's administrative officer (patient reception, adherence to schedules, file management, and verification of administrative formalities). Contract: Permanent, full-time position available as soon as possible. Hours: 12-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, according to a pre-established schedule. 3 working days per week, with shifts from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, or 9:00 am to 9:00 pm (the latter being scheduled approximately 3 times per month). No weekend work. Schedule provided several months in advance. Salary: Salary range between €2,668 and €3,411 gross per month depending on experience (CCN 51 / Ségur 1 and 2 allowances, seniority recognition). Daytime overtime paid at 125% and a flat rate for nighttime overtime.
