Your work environment: Located in Montpellier, the facility provides inpatient care for patients following an initial hospitalization, particularly after surgery or an acute illness. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team including registered nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, an occupational therapist, a psychologist, and a dietician. Our approach is based on comprehensive and individualized care, with the goal of promoting patients' recovery and return to independence. Your responsibilities: - Providing comfort and well-being care to patients - Assisting patients with daily living activities - Participating in maintaining and regaining their autonomy - Observing patients' health status and communicating information to the healthcare team - Participating in patient monitoring - Collaborating with nurses and the entire multidisciplinary team - Ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of patients
