Your responsibilities will include: Providing prescribed nursing care within your scope of practice; supporting patients throughout their care; assessing patients' health status and ensuring their clinical monitoring; administering treatments and ensuring their traceability; participating in care coordination with physicians and nursing teams; guaranteeing the quality, safety, and continuity of care; participating in prevention, therapeutic education, and supporting families; and ensuring compliance with protocols and hygiene rules.
