Santé Staffing is recruiting for one of its clients, in the Saint Gervais sur Mare area, a Registered Nurse in Charge of the Care Team in a Nursing Home (EHPAD) (M/F). This is a full-time, permanent contract. Your responsibilities will include: - Participating in the development of residents' care plans - Organizing, monitoring, and managing the care team - Coordinating, in agreement with families and residents, all interventions by doctors and paramedical professionals - Ensuring the administrative management of the care unit
