Are you a physiotherapist looking for a permanent position in a dynamic medical environment? Join a medical and rehabilitation facility where you can support patients with diverse needs within a multidisciplinary team. Your work environment: Located in Saint-Estève (66), the facility has 219 beds and places and welcomes approximately 2,000 patients per year. You will work with patients receiving care, particularly in geriatrics, cardiovascular and respiratory rehabilitation, as well as within various rehabilitation pathways. You will be part of a team of medical and paramedical professionals, with a focus on restoring patients' functional abilities and independence. Your responsibilities: - Conduct physiotherapy assessments and treatments - Develop and adapt rehabilitation programs according to patients' needs - Provide individual and/or group rehabilitation care - Participate in maintaining and improving functional abilities - Monitor patients' progress and adapt their care plan - Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team - Participate in the patient's care plan and rehabilitation pathway
