We are recruiting a Registered Nurse Coordinator (RN) for Cabanial Santé Staffing. Cabanial Santé Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse Coordinator to work at a facility located in Cabanial, on a temporary basis with the possibility of extension. Job Details Location: Le Cabanial Contract: Temporary with possibility of extension Position: Management position Hours: On-call from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, depending on the facility's needs Salary: €2,469 excluding bonuses and seniority recognition Your Responsibilities Organize and coordinate the activities of the care teams to guarantee the quality and continuity of care Supervise, support, and guide professionals in their daily tasks Participate in scheduling and service organization Ensure compliance with protocols, best professional practices, and quality and safety requirements for care Monitor residents in collaboration with medical and paramedical teams Participate in the implementation of personalized care plans and the continuous improvement of practices Facilitate communication between teams, families, and various stakeholders within the facility
