You hold a State Diploma of Doctor of Pharmacy and meet the conditions of practice provided for in Article R.5126-2 of the Public Health Code and, where applicable, by way of derogation, those provided for in Article R.5126-3. Experience in hospital pharmacy, clinical pharmacy or the medico-social sector would be appreciated.
The Position: We are seeking a locum pharmacist (m/f) to cover a maternity leave and join a Pharmacy Grouping (GCS). The working hours will be determined in consultation with the pharmacy team, based on the candidate's availability and the department's needs. A fixed part-time schedule or a flexible arrangement adapted to the team's timetable may be considered. Your Work Environment: You will join a close-knit team of 2 pharmacists and 6.5 full-time equivalent (FTE) pharmacy technicians. The GCS provides pharmaceutical care to several healthcare facilities in the region: nursing homes (EHPAD), long-term care units (USLD), specialized care homes (MAS), and assisted living facilities (FAM). This activity represents the pharmaceutical care of approximately 1,400 residents. You will work in an environment that prioritizes teamwork, clinical pharmacy, and medication safety, with a focus on the care of the elderly. Your responsibilities: Under the supervision of the GCS pharmacists, you will participate in the following: Preparing doses for administration using the automated dispensing system; Participating in clinical pharmacy activities, including pharmaceutical analysis and medication reconciliation; Dispensing medications to the facilities served; Participating in the management and traceability of controlled substances; Contributing to the security of the medication circuit; Contributing to the quality of medication management for residents.
