Santé Staffing is recruiting for one of its clients, a medical-social establishment managed by the French Red Cross, a salaried General Practitioner (M/F) to work within a Medically Supervised Accommodation (LAM) unit located in Achères. Your work environment: The LAM welcomes homeless adults with chronic illnesses or health issues requiring appropriate medical, paramedical, and social support. You will join a multidisciplinary team composed of doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, social workers, and other medical-social professionals. The objective: to offer comprehensive care, facilitate access to healthcare, and prevent disruptions in care pathways. Your main responsibilities: As a doctor at the LAM, you will be responsible for: Providing medical consultations and follow-up care for residents; Conducting medical assessments upon admission; Managing acute and chronic illnesses and complex situations; Prescribing and monitoring necessary treatments and examinations; Coordinate care with general practitioners, specialists, and healthcare facilities; Facilitate access to consultations and examinations; Participate in preventing disruptions in care pathways; Contribute to the personalized care plan for individuals receiving support; Participate in multidisciplinary meetings; Contribute to health prevention and education initiatives; Ensure the proper maintenance of medical records and the traceability of care provided; Participate in quality improvement initiatives and the continuous improvement of practices. A position at the heart of a multidisciplinary team: You will work closely with the various professionals at the LAM (Local Assessment and Support Center) to offer care tailored to each individual's needs. The position requires a caring, non-judgmental, and respectful approach to the individuals we support, particularly when dealing with issues of precariousness, addiction, or mental health. Contract type: Permanent or fixed-term contract depending on needs. Working hours: Ideally 2 to 3 days per week. Location: Achères (78). Status: Salaried physician. Organization: French Red Cross.
