State-certified Nursing Assistant or nursing student who has completed their first year. We are recruiting, on behalf of our client facility, a Healthcare Assistant or Nursing Student who has completed their first year, for a full-time fixed-term contract for July and August. What we offer: - A human-scale facility with 76 rooms, spread over 3 floors. - A facility undergoing significant development, with a modernization project underway, including the installation of an additional elevator to further improve working conditions. - A particularly stable and welcoming care team: an experienced team of Registered Nurses, a Head Nurse, a Coordinating Nurse, and a very present and involved coordinating physician. Attractive working conditions: - 12-hour shifts, 10 hours paid. - A ratio of approximately 1 caregiver for every 10 residents, ensuring high-quality care. - Very few personal care tasks are performed by two people. - Air-conditioned break room to fully enjoy your rest periods.
