You hold a State Diploma in Nursing Assistance (DEAS). You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy building trusting relationships. You are patient, a good listener, and adaptable. You are a team player and have a strong sense of responsibility. You are eager to work with elderly people, with a particular focus on those requiring enhanced support. Experience in a secure unit or with individuals with cognitive impairments would be an asset. However, your motivation and personal qualities are also highly valued!

In a small, friendly nursing home (EHPAD) located in the pleasant surroundings of the Hérault region, you will join a medicalized residence that prioritizes the well-being and personalized support of its residents. The facility includes a secure living unit dedicated to the care and support of people with Alzheimer's disease or related disorders. To strengthen its team, we are looking for a full-time, permanent daytime Care Assistant to join this unit where every little bit helps! Your daily tasks will involve caring, reassuring, and making a difference. Within the secure unit, you are much more than just a caregiver: you are a point of reference, a reassuring presence, and a true source of support for the residents. On the agenda: Care with a smile: assisting residents with hygiene and comfort care, always respecting their dignity. A helping hand every day: helping with meals, mobility, dressing, and all those little things that make a difference. Listening and kindness: adapting your support to each person's needs, especially in the face of cognitive impairments. Meaningful days: promoting independence, preserving abilities, and encouraging shared moments. True teamwork: sharing essential information and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
