Are you a qualified Nursing Assistant with a State Diploma in Nursing Assistance (DEAS) or a State Diploma in Medical-Psychological Assistance (DEAMP)? This is essential to join us! New graduates are welcome, but prior experience in a nursing home is a plus. This is a day shift position with 10-hour shifts and two rotating shifts (7:00 am to 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm to 6:00 pm or 8:30 am to 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm) / 1 weekend out of 2 worked

Located in the heart of the Haut Languedoc Regional Natural Park, the facility welcomes you to a pleasant, renovated setting, organized into pavilions. It supports 94 residents, including 12 people in a unit dedicated to aging individuals with disabilities. You care for, support, and contribute to the well-being of the residents. You assist them daily with hygiene and comfort care, with gentleness and respect. You preserve their autonomy and dignity, taking into account their needs and lifestyles. You build trusting relationships and are a good listener, providing a reassuring presence. You participate in support projects to promote the well-being and quality of life of each individual. Finally, you work closely with the team, because the best support is built together!
