We are recruiting a Social and Educational Assistant (AES) in Gujan-Mestras. We are looking for a qualified AES, available immediately, to join one of our partner facilities, a residential care home (FAM) located in Gujan-Mestras. The unit accommodates 15 residents and offers a human-scale environment, fostering personalized support and close relationships with the residents. Job Details: 80% position, starting as soon as possible, continuous shifts, working one weekend out of two, morning shifts starting at 7:00 am, evening shifts ending at 9:30 pm, meals provided and included in working hours. Shift Schedule: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday; Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Benefits: Approximately 11 weeks of vacation per year, summer and Christmas holiday vouchers, 50% reimbursement of transportation costs, mileage allowance, 50% coverage of health insurance.
