You are a qualified Healthcare Manager with an initial training as a Registered Nurse. You have at least 5 years of management experience in a similar role. Prior experience in a technical department (intensive care, cardiology, etc.) will be particularly valued. You have also actively participated in, or led, a hospital quality certification process and are comfortable with quality improvement initiatives. We are recruiting a Healthcare Manager (M/F) for a human-sized healthcare facility to lead a 30-bed Medical and Rehabilitation Care Unit. The facility also includes a nursing home (EHPAD), but this position is exclusively dedicated to the Medical and Rehabilitation Care Unit. Working closely with management and the medical teams, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the unit. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and supporting the care teams. - Organizing the unit's activities and ensuring continuity of care. - Developing a team dynamic based on listening, empathy, and professional excellence. - Participating in the continuous improvement of the quality and safety of care. - Contributing to institutional projects and organizational development. - Proactively proposing improvements to practices.
