You must hold either the State Diploma in Social and Family Economics Counseling (DECESF) or the State Diploma in Social Work (DEASS). Your composure, your ability to establish a supportive and non-judgmental relationship, and your teamwork skills will be essential for successfully carrying out this demanding and deeply human field mission.
On behalf of a major social services organization recognized for its community-based work, Santé Staffing is seeking a Social Worker, Family and Social Economy Advisor (CESF), or Social Service Assistant (ASS). Based in Saint-Denis, your role will involve both office work and direct outreach during patrols throughout the department. You will meet with people experiencing extreme hardship to build lasting relationships of trust, assess the urgency of their situations, and propose appropriate referrals. On a daily basis, you will provide personalized social support, collaborate with local institutional and community partners, and ensure the continuity of each individual's integration pathway. This 35-hour-per-week position offers a clear structure that alternates between fieldwork and administrative tasks in the office. Your nighttime outreach shifts will take place on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The days dedicated to teamwork, meetings and administrative follow-up of files are organized according to daytime office hours, between 09:00 and 17:00 or from 12:00 to 18:00. This alternation ensures a strong connection to the field while having the necessary time to coordinate solidarity actions.
