We're hiring! Join a dynamic agency! Specializing in healthcare professions, our agency provides daily support to healthcare facilities and professionals with responsiveness, attentiveness, and commitment. As part of a team expansion, we are recruiting a Recruitment Officer - 6-month fixed-term contract - 35 hours per week. The position is based in the heart of Périgueux. The responsibilities (and they are varied!) include: Recruitment & Sourcing: - Drafting and posting job offers - Active sourcing (job boards, CV databases, networks) - Conducting telephone and in-person interviews - Selecting and retaining candidates Reception & Client Relations: - Answering phone calls and greeting candidates and clients in person - Actively listening to their needs - Providing personalized advice and support Administrative Management & Follow-up: - Creating candidate files - Administrative follow-up - Managing temporary staff schedules - Entering client needs - Searching for suitable profiles - Monitoring assignments and the satisfaction of our partner facilities Back Office: - Drafting employment contracts - Managing timesheets
