Santé Staffing Médical is recruiting a Hospital Practitioner Pharmacist (M/F) - Full time: - Position to be filled from 01/08/2025 (negotiable for your availability) - Reference hospital establishment in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region As part of the strengthening of the pharmaceutical team of a large hospital establishment, our Santé Staffing Médical agency is looking for a full-time hospital practitioner pharmacist for a structuring position within the Internal Use Pharmacy (PUI). *** The professional environment *** - The PUI is organized in modern and recent premises (3400 m²), integrating all pharmaceutical sectors on a single site. - Automation is at the heart of the system with: * 3 Médimat robots * An automated conveyor system controlled by a WMS (Sydel UniversÒ) The team in place is made up of more than 140 professionals (pharmacists, interns, preparers, logistics agents, managers, etc.), ensuring optimal operation in an establishment with nearly 2,700 beds and places, spread over several sites in the department *** Your main missions *** - PUI supply manager: - Manage, coordinate and control the daily operation of the health product supply chain - PUI logistics platform manager: - Define and implement the quality policy (operating methods, procedures, dashboards, processing of malfunctions, monitoring of FEIs, etc.) - Collaborate with the logistics engineer for training, work organization, supervision of new arrivals and adaptation to operational needs - Monitor activity indicators and support the change of WMS software *** Contract & Conditions *** Permanent position or secondment depending on profile.
