Skills / Profile description: We are looking for a dedicated and reliable nurse, capable of quickly integrating into a team and adapting to the workings of a convalescent care unit. You hold a State Diploma in Nursing and ideally have initial experience in post-acute and rehabilitation care, or in a hospital setting. Motivated recent graduates are also welcome. With strong organizational skills, you are able to manage priorities and demonstrate rigor in both the delivery of care and the communication of information. You are comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team and committed to clear and compassionate communication with your colleagues. You pay particular attention to the patient relationship, demonstrating active listening, respect, and professionalism. Your approach allows you to support patients in their recovery phase with sensitivity and a pragmatic, humane approach. Independent in your work, you also know when to ask for advice and contribute to a collaborative approach. Finally, you value a calm working environment and, through your attitude, help maintain a simple, respectful, and efficient atmosphere.
