Santé Staffing is recruiting for one of its clients in the Pézenas area, a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Hospitalization (HAD) service. This is a full-time, permanent contract with night shifts. Your responsibilities will include: - Home visits with coordinating physicians at the start of your shift, if needed - Answering telephone calls from patients and their families - Traveling to patients' homes - Providing technical and relational care - Implementing care protocols at the patient's bedside under the supervision of the head nurse and coordinating physicians - Documenting care provided and recording it in the patient's file - Preparing patient trays - Preparing advance kits - Preparing patient orders - Placing weekly orders for medical devices
