It's summer and it's time to open up to opportunities and try out positions that might suit you. We are currently looking for a healthcare manager for a fixed-term contract in one of our partner establishments, a functional rehabilitation center, located in the Bruges area. Reporting to the Director of Care, you will manage/support a paramedical team composed of nurses and AS. You will implement, within the framework of the establishment's project, the care project, break it down into action plans and evaluate it. In particular, you will ensure that the organization of the services within your area of responsibility is optimized by analyzing workloads and coordinating the human, material and budgetary resources of your services. You will work in partnership with the quality and risk management department to guarantee the quality and safety of care. Working closely with the healthcare managers and other supervisors, you will create connections, dialogue, and coordination between your teams, other paramedics, doctors, pharmacists, and hotel and catering services. You will ensure the traceability of care-related information within the electronic care record. You will maintain a connection with patients and their families in terms of support. You will help maintain links with a network of partners in the fields of paramedical activities, particularly training institutes. You may be responsible for cross-functional missions or projects. The facility is accessible by public transport and has a large parking lot for its current and future staff.
