Recruitment: Two General Practitioners with Geriatric Skills (M/F) - Part-time As part of a development project within a healthcare facility located in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, a dynamic private Bordeaux-based organization is recruiting two general practitioners with geriatric skills. The department concerned is a multi-purpose Medical Care and Rehabilitation (SMR) sector, with a capacity of 30 beds. The facility wishes to strengthen its medical team in full-time hospitalization, part-time hospitalization and day hospital. The current team consists of a geriatrician and a general practitioner. * Main missions: - Provide medical care to inpatients, - Assess the health status of patients and establish an individualized therapeutic plan, - Participate in multidisciplinary consultation meetings and service projects, - Carry out admission assessments, diagnoses, prescriptions, treatments and discharge letters, - Stabilize vital functions and manage comorbidities, - Ensure coordination between internal and external care channels, - Lead educational or therapeutic workshops, - Support patients in their social and family reintegration, - Participate in the therapeutic education of the patient and their loved ones, - Contribute to ethical reflections within the department. * Conditions offered: - Framework contract with a daily rate, - Attractive remuneration according to profile and seniority, - Employee savings scheme, - Mutual insurance with employer participation, - Easy access (public transport / train station nearby), - Social benefits (preferential rate catering, free parking, works council benefits).
