// The establishment // Santé Staffing supports a major regional public health establishment, spread over several sites within Vienne (86), and recognized for its dual mission of proximity and regional recourse. With more than 2,700 beds and places, 15 clinical and medical-technical centers, and nearly 8,000 professionals, it constitutes a dynamic and rapidly evolving reference structure. // The department concerned // You will join a multipurpose medicine department with: - 36 full hospitalization beds - 15 day hospital places (HDJ) with strong onco-hematology activity - A specialized consultation platform (endocrinology, hematology, oncology, internal medicine, gastroenterology, vascular medicine) The current team is made up of 5 doctors (3 internists and 2 general practitioners), and works closely with numerous specialists on site or in shared activity (infectious disease specialist, hematologist, gastroenterologist, endocrinologist, etc.). The department is undergoing strategic restructuring, aiming to: * Optimize the pathway between hospitalization, emergency and outpatient care * Strengthen the link between local sites and the reference hospital center // The position // We are looking for a general practitioner or geriatrician (M/F), holding the corresponding DES, for a hospital position based in the Vienne department, preferably full-time (part-time or shared time possible with Poitiers - everything is being studied!). // Your missions: // - Medical care of patients in full hospitalization (admissions via emergency, home, or HDJ) - Work in close collaboration with other practitioners in the department - Participation in the on-call care: on-call 1 week every 6 weeks approximately (weekends included) - Possibility of developing a specialized or external consultation activity, depending on your profile and your projects
