You co-construct educational projects with management and bring them to life in the field. You ensure real business monitoring and manage agile, modern educational engineering that is connected to the realities on the ground. You are an agent of change, and you implement the strategy within your HR department (recruitment, interviews, professional support). You contribute to the institute's reputation through innovative projects, strong partnerships, and a collective dynamic.
