New and very pleasant setting ideally located in a dynamic village in the Isle valley, only 30 minutes from Périgueux and 40 minutes from Bergerac. The establishment is in full renewal and wishes to launch new projects: development of therapeutic workshops, implementation of a new work organization, rewriting of the establishment project, ... If you like participating in new challenges and joining forces with a team of professionals: this opportunity is not to be missed! For the schedule: 7-hour days, 1 weekend worked out of 2. The first contract proposed is a 1-month fixed-term contract, which can then be extended over a longer term. What the establishment expects from you: - mastery of hygiene and comfort care - support with daily living activities - knowing how to react to an emergency situation - working in close collaboration with the entire team, and becoming a real pillar for residents and their families (non-exhaustive list)
