Directly integrated into the oncology department, you will manage the chemotherapy reconstitution unit and play a central role in ensuring the safety and optimization of treatments. Your responsibilities include: - developing, updating, and ensuring the reliability of chemotherapy protocols, - pharmaceutical validation of prescriptions and release of preparations, - monitoring activity and key performance indicators, - participating in oral chemotherapy consultations, - monitoring antibiotic consumption and resistance. You will work with recognized tools (Chimio, ExpertSanté) and benefit from a structured and collaborative environment. You will lead a dedicated team of 3 pharmacy technicians and join a group of 2 pharmacists, with whom you will share cross-functional missions related to Quality and risk management. Your expertise will also be valued within institutional bodies: COMEDIMS, CLIN, pharmacovigilance, EOHH...
