Santé Staffing is recruiting for one of its clients in the Pézenas area, a Registered Nurse (RN) for a clinic in the medical and surgical ward. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, full-time, with 12-hour day shifts. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying patient needs to develop a care plan - Coordinating, organizing, and providing care until patient discharge, within your scope of practice, in collaboration with nursing assistants and according to medical prescriptions - Managing, preparing, and administering treatments and monitoring the patient's clinical condition - Writing, updating, and ensuring the accuracy of the patient's medical record
