Compétences / Description du profil: Registered Nurse (RN) (M/F) driven by strong human values and a genuine interest in the care of the elderly. You demonstrate professional rigor, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize care. You enjoy collaborating with caregivers, physicians, and external partners, and communicate clearly and compassionately. Your autonomy, sense of responsibility, and adaptability will allow you to quickly integrate into the facility. An aptitude for technical care and clinical monitoring is expected, as administrative tasks are intentionally minimized to allow you to focus on your core responsibilities. Prior experience in a nursing home or geriatrics is preferred, but motivated recent graduates eager to develop their skills in a structured and supportive environment will also be carefully considered!
