Managing Pharmacist (M/F)

Santé Staffing Médical is recruiting a Pharmacy Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract for a private healthcare facility located in the Aude region, part of a major national private hospital group. Are you looking to manage an in-house pharmacy, lead a large team, and participate in the strategic projects of a healthcare facility? This opportunity will allow you to hold a position of responsibility at the heart of patient care. You will be responsible for an organization comprising: - 4 assistant pharmacists working primarily in the in-house pharmacy and the cytotoxic drug reconstitution unit (CDU). - 14 pharmacy technicians. - 1 storekeeper. - 1 secretary. - 13 sterilization technicians. You will also be responsible for coordinating schedules and ensuring the smooth operation of your department, in an environment representing approximately €20 million in medical purchases, including €10 million related to chemotherapy. Your main responsibilities will include: - Management: leading and motivating the pharmacy and sterilization teams, organizing activities, and coordinating schedules. - Budget management: monitor the pharmacy's budget in collaboration with the Business Partner. - Healthcare product management: oversee purchasing, supplies, inventory, and product storage conditions. - Medication circuit security: supervise prescription analysis, pharmaceutical interventions, dispensing, and the proper use of healthcare products. - Pharmacy management: organize activities around several key areas: medications, home healthcare, chemotherapy and dispensing, medical devices, and sterilization. - Committees and quality: participate in the institution's committees and bodies (Executive Committee, Infection Control Committee, Drug Licensing Committee, Medical Staff Committee, etc.), the certification process, and regulatory monitoring. Your responsibilities in hygiene and sterilization: - Ensure the availability of equipment in technical platforms that complies with good hygiene practices. - Validate applicable hygiene procedures. - Supervise the various stages of the sterilization process and ensure compliance with good practices. - Monitor the smooth operation of the activity and contribute to its continuous improvement.
