You hold a State Diploma as a Doctor of Pharmacy and meet the regulatory requirements for practicing in a hospital pharmacy. Experience in a healthcare facility is preferred, but we also place great importance on your personality and your ability to build team cohesion. We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading private healthcare facility located in the Aude region, a Managing Pharmacist (M/F). Within a modern, recently built facility offering comprehensive medical and surgical services, you will join a dynamic team with extensive technical facilities, including chemotherapy, dialysis, home hospitalization, functional rehabilitation, and a 24/7 emergency department. * Your mission: - As a key strategic player within the facility, you will manage the In-House Pharmacy (PUI) and actively contribute to the quality, safety, and performance of patient care pathways. - You will lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, sterilization technicians, and administrative staff. - You will participate in the pharmacy's budget management and the monitoring of medical purchases. - You will ensure the management of supplies, inventory, and the storage of healthcare products. - You will maintain ongoing regulatory monitoring and ensure compliance with practices. - Contribute to the facility's quality and certification processes. Pharmaceutical activity: * Secure the medication and medical device supply chain. * Analyze medical prescriptions and perform necessary pharmaceutical interventions. * Ensure the dispensing of health products to inpatients and outpatients. * Support medical and nursing teams in the proper use of health products. Medical Devices and Sterilization Specialist: - Ensure the conformity of equipment provided to medical teams. - Supervise sterilization activities and ensure compliance with best professional practices. - Validate and update hygiene and sterilization procedures. - Ensure monitoring of quality controls and the proper functioning of equipment. * Organization: The Pharmacy Department is organized around several areas of expertise: - Medication - Home hospitalization - Chemotherapy and dispensing - Medical devices and sterilization. The Pharmacy Department is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Bonuses and benefits in addition to the fixed salary
