We are seeking, on behalf of our partner, a charming nursing home in the Dordogne region (near the Charentes), a dedicated professional (M/F) for a seasonal fixed-term contract from June 1st to August 31st. The facility: - Nursing home with 100 residents - including a secure unit for 14 residents - work environment with a strong culture of commitment. Work schedule: - 12-hour shifts (including 2-hour breaks spread throughout the day) - Alternating weeks of 3 or 4 working days. Example of a shift schedule: Week 1 (days worked): Monday, Thursday, Friday; Week 2 (days worked): Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday; 1 weekend worked out of 2. Possible shifts: 6am-6pm / 7am-7pm / 8am-8pm / 9am-9pm
