As part of our expansion, we are seeking an Assistant Director (M/F) for a group of ESAT-FHAH and SAV facilities located 25 minutes from Chambéry (73). As the Director's right-hand person, you will actively contribute to the strategic, operational, and human resources management of the group. In their absence, you will manage the facilities. This position is ideal for a committed, structured manager focused on social performance and quality of support. * Your responsibilities: - Strategic management and project leadership - Participate in the development and evolution of facility projects - Ensure regulatory compliance and the smooth operation of the facilities - Write the annual activity report - Provide regular reporting to the Director * Management & Human Resources: - Supervise, lead, and coordinate teams - Support department heads - Participate in recruitment and annual performance reviews - Contribute to skills development - Monitor the work environment and prevent occupational risks - Participate in social dialogue * Operational supervision: - Supervise general services - Deploy and optimize information systems - Develop the ESAT's commercial activity - Ensure the safety of people and premises * Quality & continuous improvement: - Lead the quality approach - Conduct evaluations and continuous improvement projects - Ensure the quality of support for the individuals served * Budgetary management & performance: - Participate in budget preparation - Supervise financial management - Contribute to strategic directions CPOM framework * Why join this department? - A strategic position with real responsibilities - A committed environment serving the people we support - A key role in the development and structuring of the department - Attractive remuneration depending on profile (€48-65K over 13 months): Executive status
