Hello We are currently looking for a nurse (M/F) position referring to the emergency department part-time 60% on a permanent contract. Here is the ad: We are looking for a state-certified nurse to fill the position of referent in the emergency department. This dynamic department, composed of 6 consultation boxes, a suture and plaster box, two separate waiting rooms for seated and lying patients, a treatment room and a resuscitation room with two stations, also offers a medical office, as well as 6 Short Stay Hospitalization Unit (UHCD) beds. The site also includes three reserves and a decontamination shower. The main missions that will be entrusted to the future holder include: - Being responsible for HR schedules to ensure optimal staff coverage. - Recruiting in the event of vacancies to maintain the operational efficiency of the department. - Work closely with the Emergency Coordinator in establishing medical protocols. - Actively participate in the skills development of the nursing and administrative teams. - Deploy various service projects aimed at improving the provision of care. - Ensure the link with the supervisory authorities to ensure regulatory compliance of the operation of the service. - Engage in a continuous process of improving the quality and safety of the care provided. The position is offered as a permanent part-time contract (60%), with specific days and hours to be agreed upon during the interview. Remuneration will be determined according to the profile and experience of the selected candidate.
