For one of our clients, an occupational health establishment, we are looking for an occupational physician. We invite you to join a dynamic and committed multidisciplinary occupational health team. By joining our structure, you will contribute to developing new approaches and solutions to improve our service offerings. As a central player in the prevention of occupational risks, you will: Lead and coordinate your multidisciplinary team (occupational health nurse, medical secretary) and benefit from the support of the Prevention Department (ergonomist, HSE technician, occupational psychologist, social worker, chemical risk prevention engineer). Ensure individual monitoring of employees and carry out prevention actions in the workplace, in conjunction with the Occupational Health team. Participate in multidisciplinary working groups (job retention, MSDs, RPS, addictions, etc.) as well as in regional groups of the Occupational Health Plan. For the collaborating physician: The DIU Occupational Medicine will be supported by the department, subject to acceptance of the registration file by a faculty in Occitanie. Under the supervision of an occupational physician, collaborating physicians will share the department's activities (clinical examinations and prevention actions in the field) within member companies. They will also follow specialty training with the aim of obtaining the qualification in Occupational Medicine.
