We are looking for a cook (male/female) specializing in the healthcare and social services sector for a temporary assignment in a nursing home (EHPAD) with 76 residents. Dates: April 13th to 23rd. Main responsibilities: - Preparing hot meals - Checking and plating cold dishes - Adhering to residents' dietary requirements and texture preferences - Taking temperatures (HACCP traceability) - Preparing food samples - Completing the safety logbook - Assisting with dishwashing - Serving meals (lunch and dinner) using a bain-marie trolley
