Skills / Profile description: We are looking for a cook (M/F) specializing in community care, specifically nursing homes (experience required). You must be proficient in various diets (diabetic, etc.), textures (ground, blended, etc.), and the HACCP method. You are autonomous, rigorous, and have a sense of commitment. You are available immediately.

We are looking for a community cook (M/F) for our partner, a nursing home located in the Périgueux area, to work as occasional replacements. Currently, the facility needs to be available on June 28th. Other replacements will be possible in the future. The facility accommodates elderly people, some of whom have special diets, swallowing disorders, etc. You will be responsible, alongside the facility's team, for preparing dishes for the various daily services.
