We are recruiting, on a permanent contract, for a MAS dedicated to supporting adults with disabilities (multiple disabilities, associated disorders) a specialized educator (M/F) on a permanent contract, full time with one weekend out of two worked. Your mission is to offer them a safe, stimulating living environment adapted to their needs, by promoting autonomy and their daily well-being. As a specialized educator (M/F) your main responsibilities will be: Design and implement educational projects in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team, Support residents in their daily lives and promote their autonomy, Offer adapted activities to stimulate their abilities and development, with families and various medical-social partners.
