Skills / Profile description: Master's degree in Psychology (clinical or neuropsychology) preferred. Experience in the medical-social, geriatric, SMR (Specialized Medical-Rehabilitation) or EHPAD (Nursing Home) sectors is preferred. Proficiency in psychological and cognitive assessment tools is required. The ability to establish a therapeutic framework adapted to vulnerable populations is essential. Excellent writing skills are required for formalizing reports and communication. Beyond technical skills, we are looking for a professional: Possessing excellent listening and analytical skills; Able to adapt their approach to different clinical situations; Committed to ethical values, compassionate care, and respect for the individual; Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team and collaboratively; Autonomous in organizing their work while contributing to the institution's overall project; Proactive in suggesting improvements to practices and developing new initiatives (workshops, therapeutic tools, cross-functional projects, etc.). A particular sensitivity to supporting families, pain management, and end-of-life situations will be appreciated.

As part of its team expansion, a small, community-based healthcare facility is seeking a Psychologist or Neuropsychologist to support the development and structuring of its care services. The facility comprises: a Medical and Rehabilitation Care Service (SMR) and a nursing home (EHPAD) with a secure unit. Located in a rural area, the facility is distinguished by the stability of its teams, its ethical approach, and the quality of support offered to patients and residents. Working closely with the medical and paramedical team, you will be involved in a broad and structured range of activities: - Conducting psychological, cognitive, and behavioral assessments - Developing diagnoses and providing therapeutic follow-up - Actively contributing to personalized support plans - Writing reports and ensuring traceability in the computerized patient file - Coordinating and supporting the teams - Participating in multidisciplinary meetings - Supporting and assisting families - Facilitating memory and cognitive stimulation workshops - Serving as the ethics and best practices representative within the institution - Involvement in pain management and end-of-life care, according to your specific skills (hypnosis, brief therapies, etc.) You will fully contribute to the continuity and quality of the care pathway.
