Santé Staffing Médical is recruiting on behalf of a private facility specializing in adult psychiatry (for those aged 50 and over) and the elderly, renowned for the quality of its care and its humanistic approach. The facility offers a serene, green, and calming work environment, fostering meaningful medical practice centered on the patient and teamwork, far removed from standardized or time-bound psychiatry. It is a human-scale facility with approximately 75 inpatient beds, including a crisis unit, complemented by outpatient diagnostic and follow-up consultations. Patients treated present with early-onset psychiatric disorders affecting the elderly or with late-onset disorders. The facility does not admit patients with behavioral and psychological symptoms associated with advanced dementia, ensuring specialized, targeted, and high-quality psychiatric care. As a private practitioner, you will play a central role in the facility's medical project. Your main responsibilities will include providing medical care to hospitalized patients, participating in individualized psychiatric follow-up, and developing partnerships with local stakeholders, working closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary team. A dedicated medical office is available within the clinic. You will join a stable and committed team of independent psychiatrists, salaried geriatricians, and paramedical professionals (psychologist, neuropsychologist, social worker, physiotherapists, occupational therapist, speech therapists, nursing and management teams), in a collaborative environment where medical expertise is valued and respected. Practice conditions: - Independent practice - Fee: 11.5% - Estimated monthly income: approximately €13,000, excluding external consultations - Smooth work organization, without unnecessary administrative burden.
