For one of our clients, a hospital center in 86, we are looking for a pharmacist. The position is attached to the Drugs and Clinical Pharmacy Unit (MPC), which is one of the 3 UF of the PUI with the Preparation Control Therapeutic Innovation unit (PCIT) and the Medical Devices Sterilization and Support Function unit (DMSFS). The site allows a very diversified activity (medicine, surgery, SSR, USLD, EHPAD, consultations, emergencies) in connection with very accessible medical and paramedical teams focused on improving practices. Team of 2.6 dynamic FTE PPH, force of proposal and with a good spirit of initiative. Also, presence of a PDA activity on site for EHPADs. The position guarantees coverage of transport costs, eligibility for the territorial practice bonus and the possibility of accommodation on site. A replacement via a pool of pharmacists is organized to compensate for absences (CA, RTT, training, etc.). The pharmacist carries out the following missions: - Main interface with the site professionals concerning pharmaceutical activities; - Securing the health product circuit; - Monitoring the quality assurance of the antenna; - Organization and validation of the PDA carried out on site by the PPH; - Pharmaceutical analysis of prescriptions; - Supervise the retrocession activity carried out on site by the PPH; - Implementation of medication reviews; - Participation in medical staff, with a strong expectation concerning the fight against drug iatrogenesis and deprescribing; - Deployment of pharmaceutical consultations
