Recruitment Palliative Care Physician BORDEAUX A private establishment located in the heart of Bordeaux (less than 10 minutes from the city center), is looking for a palliative care physician to join its dynamic and committed multidisciplinary team. The position * Contract: Permanent contract - 80% (4 days/week) * Remuneration: 70,000 to 85,000 EUR gross/year + bonus on objectives (occupancy rate) * Leave: 25 days + 16 RTT/year * On-call duties: - 1 weekend on call out of 9 (presence Saturday morning + on-call at home) - 2 to 3 nights per month (schedule organized by team) * Training: financing of a DU Palliative Care (Sept. 2026) or DU Pain The medical team * 1 full-time head of department physician * 1 physician 0.5 FTE (HDJ) + 0.2 (EMSP) * 1 physician 0.8 FTE (EMSP) * 2 physicians at 0.7 and 0.8 FTE (USP - 12 beds) Operation in a multi-purpose center promoting collaboration between USP, EMSP and HDJ The multidisciplinary team * Nurse, AS, psychologist, social worker, psychomotor therapist, occupational therapist * Art therapy, animal mediation, volunteers * New, bright, automated service, overlooking a wooded park Why join the establishment: - Optimal medical and nursing staff (1.5 FTE for 12 beds) - A modern and welcoming working environment - A motivated team, in a dynamic of project and renewal - A privileged location in the heart of Bordeaux
