Santé Staffing is recruiting for one of its clients in the Montpellier area, a Registered Nurse Coordinator (RN) for a nursing home (EHPAD). This is a full-time, permanent contract. Your responsibilities will include: - Supervising and evaluating nursing staff - Participating in gerontological training for staff in conjunction with the coordinating physician and providing educational support - Participating in on-call duty - Managing work schedules and overseeing the operation of all services - Monitoring and ensuring the quality and safety of care and paramedical activities - Developing the resident's nursing care plan - Liaising with attending physicians and specialists, independent paramedical professionals, and scheduling appointments - Managing stocks of medical products, equipment, and devices - Communicating effectively with the resident and their family
