Nurse (M/F)

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) on a permanent contract to join our multidisciplinary team starting November 1, 2025. You will work in pairs with another RN and will benefit from the support of a healthcare assistant present every weekday, responsible for administrative tasks and communication with families and doctors. This support will help you organize your time and free you to focus on your clinical duties. Excellent compensation: fixed salary + monthly bonus + 100% seniority bonus. The facility accommodates 86 residents (in permanent or temporary care) and has a team of approximately 50 professionals. Secure parking is available on site. Work schedule: Rotating shifts: 6:45 am - 6:00 pm or 9:45 am - 9:00 pm / Working 1 weekend out of 3. Management and supervisors are committed to maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your responsibilities: Providing daily nursing care in accordance with protocols and the individualized care plan. Assess residents' health status and participate in the development and reassessment of care plans. Work closely with the coordinating physician, caregivers, and other professionals. Manage treatments and liaise with prescribers. Participate in welcoming families and sharing information. Contribute proactively to coordination meetings.
