Santé Staffing is looking for a nurse (m/f) in a nursing home for one of its clients in the Montpellier area. Fixed-term contract. Starting date: 09/09/2025. 10-hour day, 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Your missions: - Carry out the nursing care prescribed by the doctor - Monitor the health of residents and detect risky situations. - Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to implement the personalized care plan - Participate in the assessment of residents' needs and the development of care plans - Ensure the traceability of care provided and keep care records up to date - Supervise and support nursing assistants in their daily tasks. - Participate in team meetings and establishment projects - Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols
