Santé Staffing is looking for a coordinating nurse (m/f) for one of its clients in the Montpellier area, in a nursing home. Permanent, full-time contract, daytime hours. Your responsibilities: - Supervise and evaluate nursing staff - Participate in gerontological training for staff in conjunction with the coordinating physician and play an educational role - Participate in the on-call service - Manage work schedules and oversee the operation of all services - Monitor and track the quality and safety of care and paramedical activities - Identify infectious and health risks, implement all necessary measures for the prevention, monitoring, and management of these risks, as well as an appropriate organizational structure - Supervise and participate in the execution of nursing work - Develop the resident's nursing care plan - Supervise the maintenance of the resident's care record - Liaise with attending physicians and specialists, independent paramedical professionals, and schedule appointments - Participate in the implementation and monitoring of the resident's individualized care plan - Establish communication adapted to the resident and their family - Manage product stocks medical equipment and devices
