We are seeking a Care Assistant (M/F), Social and Educational Support Worker (M/F), or Care Assistant (M/F) for our partner, a small, family-run nursing home, for a permanent night shift position. The facility: - Welcoming, family-run nursing home - 30 residents - Calm working environment with in-depth knowledge of the residents - Stable organization and committed teams - Located between Périgueux and Bergerac. Permanent night shift position. 5-2 rotation: one week working Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The following week: Wednesday and Thursday. Independent presence on the premises at night, following formalized safety procedures. Your main responsibilities will include: - Providing overnight care to residents, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort. Administering care and reporting to the day teams.
