As a Medical Advisor, you will work within the Medical Department and actively contribute to the performance, relevance, and efficiency of the healthcare system, while strictly adhering to professional ethics and medical confidentiality. You can work full-time or part-time, with the possibility of combining this role with other activities, including private practice (subject to conditions). Your responsibilities: As part of a multidisciplinary team (doctors, dentists, nurses, administrative staff), you will be involved in: - Supporting healthcare professionals and insured individuals towards relevant, preventative, and coordinated medical practices - Designing and optimizing innovative care pathways, particularly for chronic or occupational illnesses - Conducting medical review missions (medical opinions) for insured individuals, professionals, and healthcare facilities - Contributing to controlling healthcare spending and ensuring the appropriate use of resources - Participating in initiatives to prevent healthcare avoidance and improve access to rights for vulnerable populations.
