We are actively seeking a Geriatrician for a hospital located in Charente-Maritime, on the coast. This facility has a multi-purpose Post-Acute and Rehabilitation Care Unit (SMR), specializing in geriatrics, with a capacity of 60 beds. Main responsibilities: - Provide medical care to hospitalized patients requiring post-acute and rehabilitation care, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. - Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans in consultation with other healthcare professionals. - Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality of care. - Ensure continuity of care and oversee the smooth progress of patients' healthcare journey.
