Possibility of on-site accommodation for a stress-free installation. The position: You will join an existing medical team (coordinating physician + general practitioner) and a paramedical team specialized in geriatric care. The establishment has ~80 residents, including nearly 20 residents in a Protected Unit, requiring continuous medical vigilance. The objective: to preserve the autonomy and well-being of the residents. Your main missions: - Overall medical monitoring of residents - Work in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (physiotherapist, occupational therapist, psychologist, etc.) - Prescriptions and coordination of care - PATHOS / GIR assessment - Participation in medical staff and admission procedures - Support for families, particularly in end-of-life situations - Involvement in quality and risk management (HAS certification) In addition to an ideal working environment, you will be a few steps from the Dune of Pïlat, 45 minutes from Bordeaux, 2 hours from Spain...
