Santé Staffing is recruiting on behalf of its client, a partner clinic located in the Gard department (between Nîmes and Montpellier), an Endocrinologist-Diabetologist (M/F). This clinic, specializing in medical and rehabilitation care (SMR), admits inpatients and day patients for medical and rehabilitation treatments, particularly for overweight, obesity, and diabetes. It also offers therapeutic education programs recognized by the Regional Health Agency (ARS), delivered by a multidisciplinary team trained in patient education. The facility has a capacity of approximately 30 inpatient beds and 30 day hospital places, with medical activity shared between two physicians. Your main responsibilities will include: - Providing comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients. - Participating in key stages of the patient pathway: pre-admission, admission, care plan, discharge, and follow-up. - Working closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and evaluate personalized care plans. - Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and institutional projects. Tools used: Electronic patient record - Voice dictation. Doctor of Medicine, DES (Specialized Studies Diploma) in Endocrinology-Diabetology-Nutrition or equivalent. Interest in multidisciplinary care and therapeutic education. Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, and commitment to patients.
